| 皮肤病是在致病因素作用下皮肤、黏膜及皮肤附属器包括毛发、指甲发生一系列症状体征变化的病理过程，其致病因素及病机复杂，种类繁多，不仅损害患者生理健康，还可能影响美观，影响患者的心理健康。随着经济社会发展，人们对皮肤病的预防和治疗愈发重视。现通过检索国内外中医灼灸法治疗皮肤病的资料，包括铺棉灸、壮医药线灸、线香灸、灯火灸、细艾/药条灸、瘢痕灸等灼灸法的一般操作、治疗机制及近5年的临床应用等进行总结分析，以期拓展中医外治法在皮肤病方面的应用。 |

| Dermatosis is a pathological process characterized by a series of symptomatic and morphological changes in the skin，mucous membranes，and skin appendages，including hair and nails，under the influence of pathogenic factors.The etiological factors and pathogenesis of dermatosis are complex，diverse，and not only impair the patient's physical health but also may affect their appearance and psychological well-being.With the development of the economy and society，the prevention and treatment of dermatosis have gained increasing attention.This article summarized and analyzed the general techniques，treatment mechanisms，and clinical applications of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) moxibustion therapy for skin diseases，including cotton moxibustion，thread moxibustion by Zhuang ethnic group，thread incense moxibustion，lamp moxibustion，thin moxa stick/drug stick moxibustion，scar moxibustion，and other moxibustion methods，based on the literature reported in China and abroad in the past five years.This article is expected to expand the application of TCM external treatment methods in the field of dermatosis. |
