| 近年来，脂肪肝的发病率逐渐升高，给人们的生活带来很大影响，临床上对于该病的了解不够，构建动物模型进行吻合度评价是其研究基础。现基于脂肪肝中西医病证特点，参照临床诊断标准，对现有的脂肪肝动物模型进行分析，拟定脂肪肝中西医诊断标准，对其进行吻合度评价。分析结果显示现有模型主要是非酒精性和酒精性2种模型，非酒精性动物模型主要是西医模型，酒精性主要是中医病证模型。西医治疗处于临床早期阶段，缺乏较好的防治方法；中医治疗时间长久，对于脂肪肝了解透彻。未来应完善酒精性西医模型、非酒精性中医病证模型，为研究新的治病方法，以及新药的开发、疾病早期的防治提供一定的理论基础。 |

| In recent years，the incidence of fatty liver has been gradually increasing，which has had a significant impact on people's life.There is still insufficient understanding of this disease in clinical practice，and the establishment of animal models for evaluating concordance is the basis for its research.Based on the disease and syndrome characteristics of fatty liver in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine and consulting clinical diagnostic criteria，the existing animal models of fatty liver were analyzed to propose diagnostic criteria in TCM and western medicine and their concordance was evaluated.The analysis results showed that the existing models mainly consisted of non-alcoholic and alcoholic models，with non-alcoholic models being primarily western medicine models and alcoholic models being predominantly TCM syndrome models.Western medicine treatment was in the early clinical stage and lacked effective prevention and treatment methods，while TCM treatment had a long history and a thorough understanding of fatty liver.In the future，it is necessary to improve the alcoholic western medicine models and non-alcoholic TCM syndrome models to provide a theoretical basis for investigating new disease treatment methods，developing new drugs，and early prevention and treatment of fatty liver. |
