To evaluate the feasibility, reliability, validity, and sensitivity of the Post-stroke Aphasia Patient-reported Outcome Measures. Methods:A multidimensional clinical validation of the Post-stroke Aphasia Patient-reported Outcome Measures was conducted using clinimetric criteria for patient-reported outcome measures(CLIPROM).Patients who visited the outpatient and inpatient departments of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and the China Rehabilitation Research Center from March 2022 to October 2022 were enrolled.Frequency analysis,Cronbach's α coefficient,Pearson correlation coefficient, and Mokken Scale model were used for validation. Results:A total of 142 questionnaires were collected,of which 140 were valid, with a completion rate of 100%.The average completion time was(6.13±3.68) min.The Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.932.Content validity showed that all items, except for Q1,had higher correlation coefficients with their respective dimensions than with other dimensions. The Mokken Scale analysis showed that the homogeneity coefficient H of each dimension of the scale was greater than 0.349.Except for Q4,the homogeneity coefficient Hij of the other items was greater than 0,and Hi was greater than 0.3.There were significant positive correlations of the Chinese Standard Aphasia Examination Scale of the China Rehabilitation Research Center with the total score(r=0.562,P<0.01),language dimension(r=0.630,P<0.01),and social dimension(r=0.533,P<0.01) of the Post-stroke Aphasia Patient-reported Outcome Measures. Conclusion:The Post-stroke Aphasia Patient-reported Outcome Measures demonstrates good feasibility, precision, reliability, validity, and sensitivity, and can be used as one of the scales for clinical assessment of post-stroke aphasia patients.
