| 寿胎丸是历代中医妇科对于保胎最常用的方剂之一，临床通过寿胎丸加减应用治疗肾气虚、精血不足所致的多种女性生殖系统疾病。精血同源理论是中医学基础理论之一，在疾病预防、治疗等过程中具有十分重要的作用，与女性生殖系统的功能密切相关。现从寿胎丸补肾气、益精血着手，借助精血同源理论与女性生殖系统的关系，分析寿胎丸对女性生殖系统的调节作用。结果发现，由于精血与女性生殖系统功能的正常发挥密切相关，寿胎丸可以通过其补肾气、益精血的作用调节女性生殖系统。 |

| Shoutai Pills are one of the commonly used prescriptions for preventing miscarriages in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) department of gynecology.This prescription is used to treat the female reproductive system diseases caused by kidney qi deficiency and insufficient blood and essence.The theory of blood and essence from the same source，as one of the basic theories in TCM，plays a key role in disease prevention and treatment.This article expounded the regulatory effect of Shoutai Pills on female reproductive system from this theory.Shoutai Pills can regulate the female reproductive system by tonifying kidney qi and replenishing blood and essence，which are associated with the normal functioning of the female reproductive system. |
