| 复发性阿弗他溃疡（RAU）属于中医口糜范畴，为临床常见的口腔黏膜病。由于其病因复杂、发病机制尚不明确，疾病表现有周期性和反复性的特点，临床治疗颇为棘手，严重影响患者的生命质量。国医大师李佃贵教授在总结前人经验的基础上结合个人临床实践，认为口糜病位虽在脾胃，但与五脏六腑均有关联，主要病理因素为浊毒，由于外感浊邪或浊毒蕴久，蒸腾上炎，导致该病发生，故临证时重视浊毒之因，以化浊解毒为治疗要则，临床辨证分为“浊毒在心，心火炽热”“浊毒在脾，胃火炽盛”“浊毒在肝，肝火上炎”“浊毒在肺，火热内郁”“浊毒在肾，相火伤阴”5种证型进行治疗，取得了较好的疗效。 |

| Recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU)，a common oral mucosal disease in clinical practice，is a disease of aphtha in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Because of the complex etiology，unclear pathogenesis，and periodic and repetitive manifestations，this disease is refractory，which seriously affects the patients' quality of life.By summarizing the experience of predecessors and his clinical practice experience，Professor Li Diangui believes that the location of disease mainly lies in the spleen and stomach and is associated with zang-fu organs.The main pathological factor of this disease is turbid toxin，which is caused by the invasion of external turbid toxin or the long-term accumulation of internal turbid toxin.Such toxin causes inflammation and further the onset of RAU.Therefore，the clinical treatment should focus on turbid toxin and adopt the method of removing turbid toxin.The specific treatment schemes should be selected based on the differentiation of five syndromes：burning of heart fire caused by the accumulation of turbid toxin in the heart，burning of stomach fire caused by the accumulation of turbid toxin in the spleen，up-flaming of liver fire caused by the accumulation of turbid toxin in the liver，stagnation of hire and heat caused by the accumulation of turbid toxin in the lung，and consumption of yin caused by the accumulation of turbid toxin in the kidney.Such treatment principle has achieved definite clinical effects and is worth popularizing. |
