Ischemic stroke is characterized by high mortality，high disability rate，and high recurrence rate，and there is a trend of younger onset.Headache and dysphagia during the recovery period of ischemic stroke severely affect patients' daily life abilities，leading to a decrease in their quality of life and imposing a heavy economic burden.In this study，various major Chinese and English databases were searched，and screened clinical trial literature was deeply analyzed.Developmental suggestions were proposed to address the current issues in acupuncture treatment，aiming to provide scientific evidence and novel perspectives for future clinical diagnosis and treatment methods，as well as mechanistic studies，in the acupuncture treatment of the recovery period of ischemic stroke.
