| 帕金森病（PD）是一种以静止性震颤、运动迟缓、肌张力增髙、姿势步态异常等症状，以及便秘、夜尿症等非运动症状为主要临床表现的神经系统变性疾病。近年来研究表明，针灸对于PD的非运动症状，尤其是PD自主神经功能障碍所造成的一系列症状如心血管系统功能障碍、泌尿系统功能障碍、胃肠道功能障碍等具有良好的调节作用，但尚无综述对此类研究加以整理。因此，现总结归纳PD自主神经功能障碍的病理特点、临床表现、发病机制及针灸治疗PD自主神经功能障碍的临床研究进展，分析针灸治疗PD自主神经功能障碍相关症状的优势，以期为进一步研究的开展提供参考资料。 |

| Parkinson's disease(PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by primary clinical symptoms such as resting tremors，bradykinesia，increased muscle rigidity，abnormal posture and gait，as well as non-motor symptoms including constipation and nocturia.Recent studies have shown that acupuncture and moxibustion have a good regulatory effect on the non-motor symptoms of PD，especially the series of symptoms caused by autonomic dysfunction，such as cardiovascular dysfunction，urinary system dysfunction，and gastrointestinal dysfunction.However，there is a lack of comprehensive reviews on this type of research.Therefore，this paper summarized the pathological characteristics，clinical manifestations，pathogenesis of autonomic dysfunction in PD，and the clinical research progress on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of autonomic dysfunction in PD.It also analyzed the advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating related symptoms of autonomic dysfunction in PD，aiming to provide reference materials for further research. |
