| 目的:分析膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者经防己黄芪汤+五苓散联合治疗效果。方法:选取2021年7月至2022年12月中国中医科学院望京医院收治的KOA患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在此基础上接受防己黄芪汤+五苓散联合治疗,6周为1个疗程,均治疗2个疗程。治疗后比较临床疗效;比较2组治疗前后炎症状态［肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β）］、膝关节功能［Lysholm膝关节评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分］、中医症候积分变化情况;记录并分析治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗2个疗程后,观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);2组炎症介质水平、中医症候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组Lysholm膝关节评分、JOA评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论:KOA患者经防己黄芪汤、五苓散的联合治疗,可显著减轻炎症反应,改善患者的膝关节功能,降低疼痛程度,提高临床疗效,且安全性高。 |

| To observe the therapeutic effect of Fangji Huangqi Decoction+Wuling Powder on patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 100 patients with KOA treated in the Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from July 2021 to December 2022 were randomized into a control group(n=50) and an observation group(n=50).The control group received routine treatment，and the observation group received Fangji Huangqi Decoction+Wuling Powder on the basis of routine treatment.Both groups were treated for 2 courses(six weeks per course).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.The inflammation status ［tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)，interleukin-17(IL-17)，and IL-1β］，knee joint function ［Lysholm score and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA) score］，TCM symptom scores were determined before and after treatment.The adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period were recorded and analyzed.Results:After two courses of treatment，the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment in both groups lowered the levels of inflammatory cytokines and TCM symptom scores，and the observation group had lower levels of inflammatory cytokines and TCM symptom scores than the control group(P<0.05).The Lysholm score and JOA score in the two groups increased after treatment and were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Neither group showed serious adverse reactions during the treatment period.Conclusion:Fangji Huangqi Decoction combined with Wuling Powder can significantly reduce the inflammation，improve the knee joint function，relieve the pain，and improve the clinical efficacy for KOA with high safety. |
