| 目的：观察滋水清肝饮联合莉芙敏治疗阴虚肝旺型绝经综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取2019年1月至2020年1月在山西省中医院就诊的阴虚肝旺型绝经综合征患者90例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组给予莉芙敏口服，观察组给予滋水清肝饮联合莉芙敏治疗，所有患者连续治疗12周，在治疗4周、8周及12周时，对2组患者的Kupperman绝经指数(KMI)评分、绝经期生命质量(MENQOL)评分、实验室指标进行比较，治疗后分析2组患者中医证候疗效及不良反应情况。结果：治疗12周后对照组总有效率为78.57%，观察组为95.35%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在治疗12周时观察组KMI积分、生命质量4个维度积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组患者在入组时、治疗4周、8周及12周时血清促卵泡素（FSH）及雌二醇（E2）间比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P>0.05）；在治疗4周、8周及12周时观察组血清5-羟色胺均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）；2组不良反应间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：滋水清肝饮联合莉芙敏能更好地改善阴虚肝旺型绝经综合征患者临床症状，提高患者绝经期的生命质量，不影响其激素水平，且不良反应轻微，优于单独服用莉芙敏。 |

| To observe the clinical efficacy of Zishui Qinggan Decoction combined with Remifemin Tablets in patients with menopausal syndrome of yin deficiency and liver hyperactivity.Methods:Ninety patients with menopausal syndrome of yin deficiency and liver hyperactivity who visited Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table，with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oral Remifemin Tablets，while the observation group received the combined treatment of Zishui Qinggan Decoction and Remifemin Tablets.Both groups received continuous treatment for 12 weeks.At 4 weeks，8 weeks，and 12 weeks of treatment，the Kupperman Menopausal Index(KMI) scores，Menopause-Specific Quality of Life(MENQOL) scores，and laboratory indicators were compared between the two groups.The therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes and adverse reactions in the two groups were analyzed after treatment.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment，the total effective rate was 78.57% in the control group and 95.35% in the observation group，with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At 12 weeks of treatment，the KMI scores and the scores of all four dimensions of quality of life were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and estradiol(E2) levels did not differ significantly between the two groups at group admission，4 weeks，8 weeks，and 12 weeks of treatment(all P>0.05).However，at 4 weeks，8 weeks，and 12 weeks of treatment，the serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) levels were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zishui Qinggan Decoction combined with Remifemin Tablets can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with menopausal syndrome of yin deficiency and liver hyperactivity，improve their quality of life during menopause，not affect their hormone levels，and have mild adverse reactions.It is superior to the use of Remifemin Tablets alone. |
