| 舌形望诊为中医舌诊的一部分，具有重大的临床意义。舌形客观化研究有助于准确还原并记录舌体形态，为观察患者在疾病发展过程中舌形的动态变化、观测疾病的演变规律提供了数据支持；同时也可以及时、直观、准确地反馈疗效，在此基础上进一步提升中医治疗的有效率，为中医提供标准化、客观化的诊疗依据。本文通过总结概括近年来舌图像的分割方法、不同舌形特征的提取与分析技术、常见舌形特征参数的临床意义和舌形特征客观化在中医临床诊疗中的应用，以期为中医舌诊客观化研究提供参考。 |

| The inspection of tongue form，as a part of tongue diagnosis，is of great clinical importance.The objective study of tongue form helps to accurately reproduce and record the form of the tongue，providing data for revealing the dynamic changes of the tongue form and the evolution of the disease.Moreover，it provides timely，intuitive，and accurate feedback on the efficacy of treatment，on the basis of which the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment can be enhanced.Therefore，the inspection of tongue form provides a standardized and objective basis for TCM treatment.This paper summarizes the segmentation methods of tongue images，the extraction and analysis techniques of tongue form features，the clinical significance of common tongue form feature parameters，and the application of tongue form feature objectification in TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment，with a view to providing references for the objectification of tongue inspection in TCM. |
