| 炎症性肠病是一种全球性疾病，其机制尚未完全清楚，当前的治疗也存在一些不足。针灸作为一种绿色、安全、有效的治疗方式，对于炎症性肠病的防治具有一定的积极作用。本文通过对相关文献进行分析总结，发现目前针灸作为一种单独的治疗方式或同药物一起对炎症性肠病均具有一定的疗效，主要通过调节基因表达及表观遗传、提高机体免疫功能及调节炎症因子、改善肠道菌群、调节机体代谢物水平等途径延缓炎症性肠病的发展。现总结目前针灸防治炎症性肠病的研究进展，为进一步的研究及临床工作提供参考和依据。 |

| Inflammatory bowel disease is a global disease with the mechanism remains to be deciphered and the therapies remain to be improved.As green，safe，and effective therapies，acupuncture and moxibustion play a positive role in the prevention and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.By reviewing the relevant literature，this paper concluded that acupuncture and moxibustion，used alone or together with drugs，demonstrate definite effects on inflammatory bowel disease.Such therapies can improve the immune function and regulate the inflammatory cytokines，intestinal flora，and metabolites to delay the progression of inflammatory bowel disease.This paper summarizes the research progress in the prevention and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease with acupuncture and moxibustion，so as to provide a basis for the further research and clinical work. |
