Professor Xie Jingri has rich experience in treating precancerous lesion of gastric cancer.He believes that most cases of precancerous lesion of gastric cancer are rooted in the deficiency of spleen and stomach and present qi stagnation，dampness obstruction，and blood stasis.The clinical symptoms are complex and changeable，and internal deficiency and external excess or the combination of deficiency and excess is the common syndrome.In clinical practice，Professor Xie suggests treating this disease from the liver and spleen and put forward the treatment principle of activating blood，removing toxin，and resolving dampness and turbidity.In addition，Professor Xie pays attention to psychological factors in the treatment of precancerous lesion of gastric cancer and achieves satisfactory therapeutic effects.Here we reported one case to provide a reference.
