Infantile diarrhea is the most common digestive system disease among children.In 2022，the Pediatric Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine formulated the Expert Consensus on the Prevention and Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea by Integrating Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine(hereinafter referred to as the consensus).Based on clinical practice and the latest research results，this paper interpreted the pathogenesis，diagnosis，and treatment of infantile diarrhea in the consensus，with a view to deepening the understanding of medical workers on the consensus and promoting the standardized treatment of infantile diarrhea by integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
