Network Meta-analysis was used to compare the efficacy of six kinds of Chinese medicine injection combined with hormones in the treatment of adult primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods:The six major databases, namely China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science Periodical Database(CSPD),Chinese Citation Database(CCD),China Biology Medicine Disc(CBM),PubMed,and Cochrane Library were searched for the randomized controlled trial(RCT) of six kinds of Chinese medicine injection combined with hormones in the treatment of adult primary nephrotic syndrome. The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to April 2021.The data of clinical total efficiency, blood creatinine,24-h urine protein, total cholesterol, and plasma albumin underwent network Meta-analysis by Stata 15.0 software. Results:A total of 28 studies involving 2 079 patients were included. The results of the network Meta-analysis showed that in terms of clinical total efficiency:Ginkgo Dammo injection>Astragalus injection>Shenkang injection>Danshen injection>Danhong injection>Shuxuetong injection; in terms of blood creatinine reduction:Shuxuetong injection>Danshen injection>Astragalus injection>Danhong injection>Shenkang injection>Ginkgo Dammo injection; in terms of 24-h urine protein reduction:Shenkang injection>Ginkgo Dammo Injection>Danshen injection>Shuxuetong injection>Astragalus injection>Danhong injection; in terms of total cholesterol reduction:Shenkang injection>Astragalus injection>Ginkgo Dammo injection>Shuxuetong injection>Danshen injection>Danhong injection; in terms of plasma albumi improvement:Shenkang injection>Danhong injection>Ginkgo Dammo injection>Astragalus injection>Danshen injection>Shuxuetong injection. Conclusion:The six kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with hormones in the treatment of adult primary nephrotic syndrome have different degrees of improvement in terms of indicators. However, due to the difference in quality and quantity of the included studies, the results need to be combined with clinical application.
