| 目的：应用网状Meta分析方法比较与评价5种经典名方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的临床疗效,并分别进一步评价其有效性及安全性。方法：运用计算机检索并筛选国家知识基础设施数据库（CNKI）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）及中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）等数据库中关于5种经典名方（小青龙汤、射干麻黄汤、定喘汤、麻杏石甘汤、玉屏风散）治疗CVA的随机对照试验（RCT）,检索时间为2010年1月1日至2022年5月5日。对纳入文献进行评估和筛选,并完成资料提取。借助软件Stata16.0实施网状Meta分析。结果：共纳入40个RCT,网状Meta分析结果提示,在不考虑证型因素时,射干麻黄汤组疗效最为显著；而在辨证分型中,定喘汤+孟鲁司特钠片治疗CVA热证疗效最佳,射干麻黄汤对CVA寒证疗效最为显著。结局指标中,观察组治疗后的肺功能优于对照组且不良反应少于对照组。结论：与孟鲁司特钠片组相比,5种经典名方单独使用或联合孟鲁司特钠片使用均能提高疗效,改善治疗后肺功能及减少治疗过程中出现的不良反应,且射干麻黄汤组治疗效果最佳。但上述结论仍需大量设计科学、质量更高的RCT来加以验证和说明。 |

| A network Meta-analysis was applied to compare and evaluate the clinical efficacy of five classical prescriptions for the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA) and further evaluate their effectiveness and safety respectively.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTS) of the five classical prescriptions(Xiao Qing Long Tang，She Gan Ma Huang Tang，Ding Chuan Tang，Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang，and Yu Ping Feng San) for the treatment of CVA in databases such as CNKI，CBM，CSPD，and CCD were searched and screened by computer，and the search lasted from 1 January 2010 to 5 May 2022.The included literature was evaluated and screened，and data extraction was completed.Network Meta-analysis was performed with the software Stata 16.0.Results:A total of 40 RCTs were included，and the results of the network Meta-analysis suggested that the efficacy of the group with She Gan Ma Huang Tang was the most significant when the syndrome type was not taken into account，while among the syndrome types，the efficacy of Ding Chuan Tang+Montelukast Sodium Tablets was the best in treating CVA with heat syndrome，and the efficacy of She Gan Ma Huang Tang was the most significant in treating CVA with cold syndrome.Among the outcome indicators，the lung function of the experimental group was better than that of the control group after treatment，and the adverse effects were less than those of the control group.Conclusion:Compared with the Montelukast Sodium Tablet group，the five classical prescriptions alone or in combination with Montelukast Sodium Tablets improved efficacy，improved post-treatment lung function，and reduced adverse effects during treatment，and the treatment effect was the best in the She Gan Ma Huang Tang group，but the above conclusions still need a large number of scientifically designed and higher-quality RCTs for verification. |
