Xuanfu(sweat pore) and collaterals are both microstructures of the human body and play important roles in the circulation of qi，blood，and body fluids.Xuanfu serves as a gateway with the characteristic of opening and closing，while collaterals winding and tortuous，functioning as a pathway.The orderly opening and closing of Xuanfu support the smooth flow of qi，blood，body fluids，and the circulation of the spirit.The unobstructed collaterals maintain the orderly movement of qi，blood，body fluids，yin，yang，and nutrient and defensive qi.Together，they continuously nourish the whole body.Coronary heart disease belongs to the category of “chest impediment” in traditional Chinese medicine，primarily caused by obstruction in the Xuanfu and stasis in the collaterals.This article analyzed the medication characteristics of the Yangxinshi Tablets and explored its application in treating coronary heart disease through tonifying qi，opening Xuanfu，activating collaterals，and promoting blood flow，based on modern pharmacological research.
