| 目的：系统评价针刺治疗帕金森病抑郁（PDD）的效果。方法：检索国家知识基础设施数据库（CNKI）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）、中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、EMbase、PubMed、Web of Science和Cochrane Library数据库，搜集针刺治疗PDD的随机对照试验（RCT），检索时间均为建库至2021年11月。由2名经过Meta分析的研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并采用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具对纳入研究进行质量评价后，采用RevMan 5.3软件和Stata13.0软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入15篇文献，包括1 184例患者。Meta分析结果显示：与对照组比较，观察组能降低PDD患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分[加权均数差（WMD）=-3.38，95%置信区间（CI)为-4.79~-1.98，P<0.000 01]、综合帕金森病评分量表（UPDRS）评分（WMD=-6.67，95%CI为-7.50~-5.84，P<0.000 01）、UPDRS Ⅱ评分（WMD=-2.19,95%CI为-2.61~-1.78,P<0.000 01）、UPDRS Ⅲ评分（WMD=-3.32,95%CI为-3.99~-2.65,P<0.000 01）,提高总有效率（RR=1.25，95%CI为1.17~1.33,P<0.000 01）及血清脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）水平（WMD=2.47,95%CI为1.03~3.91,P=0.000 8）。结论：当前有限证据表明，针刺治疗PDD比较对照组在改善抑郁症状、日常生活和运动功能方面有优势。 |

| To systematically review the efficacy of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of Parkinson's disease depression(PDD).Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCTs) about acupuncture in the treatment of PDD were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)，China Science Periodical Database(CSPD)，Chinese Citation Database(CCD)，China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc)，EMbase，PubMed，Cochrane Library，Web of Science，and Cochrane Library from inception to November 2021.Two reviewers trained in meta-analysis independently screened the literature，extracted the data，and assessed the risk of bias in the included studies using the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool.RevMan 5.3 and Stata13.0 were employed to perform the meta-analysis.Results:A total of 15 articles involving 1 184 patients were included.The meta-analysis results showed that compared with the control group，the observation group presented reduced Hamilton's Depression Scale(HAMD) score(WMD=-3.38，95%CI -4.79 to -1.98，P<0.000 01)，Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS) score(WMD=-6.67，95%CI -7.50 to -5.84，P<0.000 01)，UPDRS II score(WMD=-2.19，95%CI -2.61 to -1.78，P<0.000 01)，and UPDRS III score(WMD=-3.32，95%CI -3.99 to -2.65，P<0.000 01)，increased total response rate(RR=1.25，95%CI 1.17 to 1.33，P<0.000 01)，and elevated serum level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)(WMD=2.47，95%CI 1.03 to 3.91，P=0.000 8).Conclusion:The current evidence shows that acupuncture outperforms the control group in mitigating depression symptoms and improving daily life and motor function of PDD patients. |
