| 目的：运用网状Meta分析评价中成药联合西医常规治疗治疗舒张性心力衰竭（DHF）的有效性及安全性。方法：检索国家知识基础设施数据库（CNKI）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）、中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）、PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane Library数据库，检索时间均为建库至2020年11月，收录中成药治疗DHF的随机对照试验（RCTs）。依据Cochrane偏倚风险评估对纳入文献进行质量评价，使用RevMan5.3、Stata13.0进行分析。结果：最终纳入39个随机对照试验，7种中成药，样本量为3 668例。网状Meta分析结果显示，在治疗有效率方面，养心氏片成为最佳干预措施可能性最大，其次为芪参益气滴丸；改善E/A比值方面，暖心胶囊成为最佳干预措施可能性最大，其次为养心氏片。结论：在常规西医治疗基础上联合口服中成药可提升DHF的临床疗效。 |

| To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Chinese patent medicine combined with Western medicine in the treatment of diastolic heart failure(DHF) by using network meta-analysis.Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of the treatment of DHF with Chinese patent medicines were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)，China Science Periodical Database(CSPD)，Chinese Citation Database(CCD)，PubMed，Embase，and Cochrane Library with the time interval from the inception to November 2020.The quality of the included literature was evaluated by the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool.RevMan5.3 and Stata13.0 were used for the meta-analysis.Results:A total of 39 RCTs were included in this study，involving 7 Chinese patent medicines and 3 668 cases.The results of network meta-analysis showed that in terms of therapeutic effectiveness，Yangxin Tablets was the most likely to be the best intervention，followed by Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills.In terms of recovering the E/A ratio，Nuanxin Capsules were the most likely to be the best intervention，followed by Yangxin Tablets.Conclusion:Combining oral Chinese patent medicine with conventional Western medicine can improve the therapeutic effect on DHF. |
