离子液体具有结构可调、不易挥发、选择性高等优点,被认为是一种新型可替代传统溶剂的绿色溶剂,近年来受到广泛关注。现就离子液体的结构、性质与分离机制进行阐述,并从微波辅助萃取(MAE)、超声辅助萃取(UAE)、超声微波协同萃取、双水相萃取四方面介绍离子液体在中药提取中的应用。 |

Ionic liquids,known for their tunable structures,low volatility,and high selectivity,are considered new and environmentally friendly solvents that can replace traditional solvents.They have gained widespread attention in recent years.This study elucidated the structure,properties,and separation mechanisms of ionic liquids and introduced the application of ionic liquids in Chinese medicine extraction from four aspects,i.e.,microwave-assisted extraction(MAE),ultrasound-assisted extraction(UAE),ultrasound-microwave synergistic extraction,and biphasic extraction. |
