| 失眠是在没有身体、精神或药物因素作用的情况下，睡眠难以启动、维持，并伴有日间功能显著受损的一种睡眠障碍，严重影响患者的健康和生命质量。失眠是一种未被充分认识的疾病。代谢组学是一种涉及对生物系统中全部内源性代谢产物进行全面分析的方法。已被广泛运用于失眠的诊断标志物发现、疾病预后、药物作用机制、药效评价、中医辨证等方面，并取得了诸多研究成果。 |

| Insomnia is a sleep disorder characterized by difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep in the absence of physical，psychological，or medication-related factors，often leading to significant impairment in daytime functioning.It seriously affects the health and quality of life of insomnia patients.Insomnia is a disease that has not been fully understood.Metabolomics is a comprehensive analytical approach involving the analysis of all endogenous metabolites within a biological system and has been widely applied in various aspects of insomnia，including the discovery of diagnostic markers，disease prognosis，drug mechanisms of action，drug efficacy evaluation，and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.This approach has yielded numerous research achievements in the field of insomnia. |
