| 基于中医体质学说理论探讨“无证可辨”肺结节的中医治则，认为肺结节发生发展与中医体质学说4大基本原理密切相关。治疗将从辨识、改善偏颇体质，以期通过“辨体-论治”思维早期干预诊治肺结节，以求“阴平阳秘、精神乃至”，达到“未病先防、既病防变”之目的，开拓肺结节中医治疗的新思路与方法。 |

| Based on the constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)，the TCM treatment principles of “unidentifiable” pulmonary nodules were discussed，and it is believed that the occurrence and development of pulmonary nodules were closely related to the four basic principles of the TCM constitution theory.The treatment would be performed from identifying and improving the biased constitution，to diagnose and treat pulmonary nodules early through the thinking of “constitution identification and treatment”，thereby achieving the effect that “only when yin is at peace and yang is compact can essence-spirit be normal” and the purpose of “prevention before disease onset and controlling development of existing disease”.This paper provides new ideas and methods for TCM treatment of pulmonary nodules. |
