| 目的：采用滋肾育胎丸联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS），分析患者内分泌指标、卵巢形态及卵巢血流动力学变化。方法：选取2020年9月至2022年9月陆军军医大学第二附属医院收治的PCOS女性患者120例作为研究对象，采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组采用屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗；观察组采用滋肾育胎丸联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗。2组患者均于治疗3个月后的月经周期第2~4天抽取静脉血，测定卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）、睾酮（T）水平。采用三维超声测定2组患者卵巢体积及卵巢血流动力学参数[血管化指数（VI）、血流指数（FI）、血管化血流指数值（VFI）]和子宫内膜厚度。结果：治疗前，2组患者LH、T、E2、FSH水平及VI、FI、VFI、子宫内膜厚度和卵巢体积比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者LH、T、E2、FSH水平分别为（7.85±1.54）mIU/mL、（1.38±0.84）nmol/L、（65.84±10.31）pg/mL、（5.07±0.98）mIU/mL，较治疗前明显降低，且观察组患者均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，2组患者卵巢VI、FI、VFI值均明显降低，且观察组患者卵巢VI、FI、VFI值（2.99±0.87、33.24±3.53、1.38±0.16）均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，2组患者子宫内膜厚度均有增厚，但观察组患者子宫内膜厚度（7.99±1.68）mm明显高于对照组（6.58±1.24）mm（P<0.05）。治疗后2组患者卵巢体积与治疗前比较，均明显缩小，但组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：滋肾育胎丸联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗PCOS后，患者内分泌、卵巢血流动力学等指标以及子宫内膜厚度测值均明显改善。 |

| To analyze the endocrine indexes，ovarian morphology，and ovarian hemodynamic changes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) treated with Zishen Yutai Pill combined with Yasmin.Methods:A total of 120 female PCOS patients treated in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method，with 60 in each group.The control group was treated with Yasmin，while the observation group was treated with Zishen Yutai Pill combined with Yasmin.In both groups，venous blood was collected on the 2 to 4 days of the menstrual cycle after 3 months of treatment，and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)，luteinizing hormone(LH)，estradiol(E2)，and testosterone(T) were measured.Three dimensional ultrasound was used to determine ovarian volume and ovarian hemodynamic parameters [vascularization index(VI)，flow index(FI)，vascularization blood flow index(VFI)] and endometrial thickness] in the two groups.Results:Before treatment，there was no obvious difference in LH，T，E2，and FSH levels，VI，FI，VFI，endometrial thickness，and ovarian volume between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment，the LH，T，E2，and FSH levels in observation group were(7.85±1.54) mIU/mL，(1.38±0.84) nmol/L，(65.84±10.31) pg/mL，and(5.07±0.98) mIU/mL，respectively，which were significantly lower than those before treatment，and the observation group had lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，the ovarian VI，FI，and VFI values of both groups were significantly reduced，and the values of the observation group(2.99±0.87，33.24±3.53，1.38±0.16，respectively) were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Additionally，the endometrial thickness of both groups was increased，with the observation group(7.99±1.68 mm) thicker than the control group(6.58±1.24 mm)(P<0.05).Compared with the conditions before treatment，the ovarian volume of the two groups after treatment was decreased，but there was no difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:After the treatment of PCOS with Zishen Yutai Pill combined with Yasmin，the endocrine indexes，ovarian hemodynamic indexes and endometrial thickness of the patients were markedly improved. |
