| 骨质疏松症、骨关节炎、骨不连、腰椎间盘突出症均是骨科常见疾病或并发症，其影响因素是多方面的，临床治疗中除了对因对症治疗，还需要个性化的调理干预。中医体质以阴阳、藏象学说为理论基础，研究人体整体的身体状况，分析疾病性质与发展趋势，在中医临床诊疗中有重要的指导意义。中医体质中的偏颇体质常与疾病存在一定相关性，对不同的偏颇体质进行针对性治疗可以有效提高治愈率、减轻患者病痛；基于“治未病”理念，对于疾病好发体质的患者进行积极预防可以降低疾病发病率、提高生命质量。我们分析了骨科疾病的影响因素，并综述中医体质理论在骨科疾病及加速康复外科中的研究现状及指导意义。 |

| Osteoporosis，osteoarthritis，nonunion and lumbar disc herniation are common diseases or complications in the department of orthopedics.The influencing factors are multi-faceted.In addition to the treatment according to etiological factors and symptoms，personalized regulations and interventions are also needed in clinical treatment.Based on the theories of yin-yang and zang-xiang，the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitution is studying the overall physical condition and analyzing the nature and development trend of diseases，which has important guiding significance in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM.The biased TCM constitution is often correlated with diseases，and targeted treatment for different biased constitutions can effectively improve the cure rate and reduce patients' pain.Based on the concept of “preventive treatment of disease”，active prevention for patients with high prevalence of diseases can reduce the incidence of diseases and improve the quality of life.We analyzed the influencing factors of orthopedic diseases，and reviewed the research status and guiding significance of TCM constitution theory in orthopedic diseases and enhanced recovery after surgery. |
