| 糖尿病与高尿酸血症发病率高，常合并出现，导致体内严重的代谢紊乱，影响疾病的转归与预后。高彦彬教授诊治代谢性疾病40余年，临床经验丰富，认为先天禀赋不足，脾肾亏虚，痰湿体质为发病的内因；过食肥甘，体力活动减少，体形肥胖为重要的外因；肝失疏泄为发病的重要环节；痰湿瘀毒阻滞络脉为基本病机。防治强调应防重于治，未病先防，异病同治，从络病论治。临床分为：肝郁脾虚，痰湿阻络；湿热内蕴，毒瘀阻络；肝肾亏虚，浊瘀阻络；脾肾两虚，湿浊瘀阻肾络；气阴两虚，痰瘀阻滞心络；阴阳两虚，络脉失荣。治疗上强调健脾、益肾、调肝，更重视祛邪通络，如利湿通络、化痰通络、降浊通络、化瘀通络等，获效颇丰。 |

| The incidence rate of diabetes mellitus and hyperuricemia is high，and the diseases usually co-exist，leading to serious metabolic disorders in the body and affecting the prognosis of patients.Professor Gao Yanbin has been treating metabolic diseases for more than 40 years and has rich clinical experience.He believes that the internal causes of the diseases are lack of congenital endowment，deficiency of spleen and kidney，and phlegm dampness constitution; excessive consumption of fatty and sweet foods，reduced physical activities，and obesity are important external factors; liver dysfunction is an important link of the disease; phlegm dampness and blood stasis toxin blocking collaterals are the basic pathogenesis.Prevention and treatment emphasize that prevention should be more important than treatment，and prevention should be carried out before the disease; different diseases should be treated together，and treatment should be based on collateral diseases.In terms of clinical classification，the symptoms include liver depression and spleen deficiency，phlegm dampness blocking collaterals; dampness and heat，toxin and blood stasis blocking collaterals; deficiency of liver and kidney，turbidity and blood stasis blocking collaterals; deficiency of spleen and kidney，dampness，turbidity，and blood stasis blocking the renal collaterals; deficiency of qi and yin，phlegm and blood stasis blocking the heart and collaterals; deficiency of yin and yang leading to deteriorative collaterals.In terms of treatment，it emphasizes strengthening the spleen，benefiting the kidney，and regulating the liver and pays more attention to removing and dredging collaterals，such as promoting dampness and dredging collaterals，resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals，reducing turbidity and dredging collaterals，and removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals，which have achieved fruitful results. |
