| 鲜药在中医临床上的应用具有重要价值，尤其是在急症、热证、皮肤病等方面。当代药理学研究表明，中药鲜品与炮制品相比，所含有效成分保存更完整，且能防止其自身结构的破坏或丢失。因鲜药在临床使用中疗效显著，故本研究以常用中药马齿苋鲜品为例，通过总结古籍及现代临床应用、作用机制研究，以期为今后鲜药制剂的开发、临床的应用及推广，提供一定的理论支持。 |
| English Summary: |
| Fresh herbs are of great clinical value in traditional Chinese medicine，especially in acute，febrile，and skin diseases.Contemporary pharmacological studies have shown that fresh traditional Chinese medicine is more complete than concocted products in terms of preserving the active ingredients and preventing the destruction or loss of its own structure.Due to the remarkable curative effect of fresh herbs in clinical use，in this paper，the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine，namely fresh purslane，was taken as an example.Through the summary of ancient books，modern clinical applications，and mechanism research，the paper aims to provide some theoretical support for the future development，clinical application，and promotion of fresh medicine preparation. |
