Pulmonary fibrosis is a common clinical respiratory system disease that seriously affects the quality of patient's life.Pulmonary fibrosis belongs to “lung atrophy” and “lung impediment” in traditional Chinese medicine，and is closely related to phlegm fluid，blood stasis，and fire-heat.Based on the theory of “qi，blood，water，fire” put forward by TANG Rongchuan in “Theory of Blood Syndrome”，the relationship between “qi，blood，water，fire” and Sanjiao is summarized.Combining with the fact that the location of pulmonary fibrosis is Sanjiao Couli，from the perspective of “qi，blood，water，fire” in clinical practice，according to the different treatment methods of qi disease treatment by fire，qi disease treatment by water，blood disease treatment by fire，and blood disease treatment by water，the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis is explored from the perspective of Sanjiao.In clinical practice，Chaihu analogous prescriptions can be used in combination with other formulas to achieve the purpose of removing obstruction of Sanjiao，and regulating qi and blood，thereby treating pulmonary fibrosis.
