Abstract:Allergic diseases are common in clinical practice, and although their locations are different, their pathogenesis has certain commonalities.Overall, the coordination of yin and yang in the human body results in the circulation of qi,like the “spring breeze” that nourishes all things.Once various reasons lead to the stagnation of yang qi without ascending or descending in reverse, the disorderly distribution of “yang qi” accumulates excessively in the human body, and the more depressed it becomes, the more it wants to release. If the accumulation persists for a long time,it will eventually penetrate outward. If the evil of “wind and fire” invades various skin pores and orifices in the human body, allergies in relevant parts will occur. In clinical diagnosis and treatment, according to the pathogenesis of allergic disease onset, commonly used methods include extinguishing wind and fire to alleviate symptoms, permeating excess heat to prevent recurrence, nourishing the veins to promote recovery, and regulating the five internal organs to treat both symptoms and root cause, adhering to the principles of syndrome differentiation as the first, guiding according to the situation, distinguishing between acute and slow symptoms, applying both heat-clearing and pathogenic-expelling,and combining overall and local syndrome differentiation, good therapeutic effects have been achieved. At the end of the article,a medical case is provided to illustrate and help readers better understand and apply it.
