| 睾丸鞘膜积液为小儿常见的泌尿系统疾患。汪受传教授认为本病病位主要在肝，与肺、脾、肾密切相关，主要由水湿不化，湿痰凝聚，留滞肝经，郁结不消所致，治疗当以调理脏腑、利水消肿为基本原则，擅用分期论治。病程初期重在化气利水，病程后期重在培元固本，疏肝理气贯穿始终。临床收效良好，值得推广应用。 |

| Testicular hydrocele is a common urogenital disease among children.Professor WANG Shouchuan holds that this disease is mainly located in the liver and is closely associated with the lung，spleen，and kidney.The primary pathogenesis of the disease is dampness stagnation in the liver meridian.Regulating zang-fu viscera and inducing diuresis for removing edema should be regarded as treatment principles and treating by stages should be included.In the early stage of the disease course，the emphasis is on transforming qi for diuresis.In the later stage，the emphasis is on consolidating body resistance and basis，with the method of “soothing the liver and regulating qi” running through the whole course.This treatment has a curative clinical effect and is worthy of wide application. |
