      目的:探讨不同配伍的柴芩承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎(AP)的临床效果及作用机制。方法:昆明小鼠采用区组随机化随机分为6组,分别是空白对照组、模型组、柴芩承气汤A组、柴芩承气汤B组、柴芩承气汤C组、柴芩承气汤D组,每组10只。模型组给予20% L-精氨酸腹腔注射复制AP小鼠模型,柴芩承气汤A、B、C、D组在此基础上给予不同配伍的柴芩承气汤(生药浓度1 g/mL)灌胃,2次/d,连续给药3 d。造模后72 h取材,检测小鼠胰腺脏体比、血清淀粉酶(AMS)含量,观察小鼠胰腺病理学改变,并检测血清丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结果:不同配伍的柴芩承气汤均可降低AP小鼠胰腺脏体比,改善胰腺的水肿、出血和坏死程度,降低血清淀粉酶水平,并明显降低血清MDA含量,升高血清SOD含量。柴芩承气汤A组对AP小鼠胰腺水肿和血清MDA含量的改善效果最好,柴芩承气汤B组对AP小鼠胰腺病理损伤和血清淀粉酶含量的改善效果最佳,柴芩承气汤D组对AP小鼠血清SOD含量的改善效果最好。结论:不同配伍的柴芩承气汤均能有效缓解AP小鼠的病变程度,但根据加减药物不同,其干预效果各有侧重。
English Summary:
      To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction with different compatibility in treating acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods:KM mice were randomly assigned into 6 groups(n=10):blank control,model,and Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction A,B,C,and D.The mouse model of AP was established by intraperitoneal injection of 20% L-arginine.The mice in Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction A,B,C,and D groups were administrated with Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction with different compatibility(crude drug concentration of 1 g/mL) by gavage twice a day for 3 consecutive days.At the time point of 72 h after modeling,the body-to-pancreas ratio and the amylase(AMS) level in the serum were measured,and the pathological changes of the pancreas were observed.The levels of malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the serum were measured.Results:Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction with different compatibility reduced the body-to-pancreas ratio,alleviated the edema,bleeding,and necrosis of the pancreas,lowered the levels of AMS and MDA,and elevated the level of SOD in the serum of AP mice.Furthermore,group A performed the best in mitigating the pancreatic edema and recovering the serum MDA level of AP mice.Group B showcased the best performance in alleviating the pathological damage in the pancreas and recovering the serum AMS level.Group D demonstrated the best performance in restoring the serum SOD level.Conclusion:Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction with different compatibility alleviated the pancreatic damage in AP mice,with the varied effects due to different compatibility.
