In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pulse diagnosis，the pregnancy pulse holds significant importance.Throughout history，TCM physicians have accumulated extensive experience in analyzing pregnancy pulses，making it an integral part of the research on pulse diagnosis objectification.The pregnancy pulse contains a wealth of complex physiological and pathological information as well as objective clinical outcome indicators，serving as a crucial breakthrough point for the objectification of pulse diagnosis.This paper reviewed the current situation of research on the pregnancy pulse and introduced issues and considerations in areas such as data collection equipment，clinical protocols，follow-up procedures，and analysis methods，aiming to provide new insights for the exploration of objectifying TCM pulse diagnosis.
