| 肾脏是高血压并发症的重要靶器官之一，临床上高血压肾病患者的血压常常难以控制、病情迁延不愈，严重危害患者的生命质量。自噬是维持细胞稳态的机制之一，是高度分化细胞的一种自我清理方式，以清除不必要的蛋白质等细胞内成分，自噬过度及自噬抑制均会导致不同程度的细胞损伤。自噬在高血压肾病中的发病机制，主要涉及足细胞、内皮细胞等的自噬水平，以及中药通过影响自噬水平以治疗高血压肾病。 |

| The kidney is one of the main target organs of the complications of hypertension.The difficult control of blood pressure and the lingering symptoms affect the quality of life of the patients with hypertensive nephropathy.Autophagy，one of the mechanisms for maintaining cell homeostasis，is a self-cleaning way for highly differentiated cells to remove unnecessary intracellular components such as proteins.Excessive and inhibited autophagy can lead to cell damage in different degrees.This article summarizes the pathogenesis of autophagy in hypertensive nephropathy，mainly involving in the autophagy of podocytes and endothelial cells，and reviews the research progress in TCM treatment of hypertensive nephropathy via regulating autophagy. |
