TreeAge Pro software was used to build a decision tree model of Danbai Granules in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases, and the economy of Danbai Granules and antibiotics in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases was analyzed,so as to provide a certain basis for clinical drug selection. Methods:The cost parameters of this study were derived from the Pharmacointelligence database and related published data, and efficacy parameters were derived from a prospective real-world cohort study,so as to evaluate the short-term cost-efficacy of two treatment regiments after a 14-day model simulation.Propensity score matching(PSM) method was used to make the two groups of baseline comparable. The robustness of the research results was verified by basic analysis and sensitivity analysis, including single factor sensitivity analysis(cyclone map) and probabilistic sensitivity analysis(cost-efficacy acceptability curve and incremental cost-efficacy scatter plot). Results:The basic analysis results showed that the incremental cost-efficacy ratio(ICER) of the two groups was 293.48 yuan.Compared with the conventional antibiotic regimen,Danbai Granules required an additional payment of 293.48 yuan for reducing each TCM symptom score in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. Conclusion:In the case of 2021 per capita disposable income as the willing payment threshold, treatment with Danbai Granules is more economical than conventional antibiotic treatment.A higher willing payment threshold of patients indicates that treatment with Danbai Granules can be more economical. This result is similar to the ICER result of basic analysis, and ICER has good robustness.
