| Wnt信号通路对干细胞的增殖分化有决定性作用，针刺在治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究越来越充分、确切、多样，Wnt/β-联蛋白信号通路是针刺改善脑卒中损伤的重要机制之一。本文总结了针刺通过该信号通路改善梗死后损伤的现有研究，阐明了相关机制和靶点，为脑卒中的治疗提供了新的思路。 |

| The Wnt signaling pathway plays a decisive role in the proliferation and differentiation of stem cells.Increasing studies have proven the definite therapeutic effects of acupuncture on ischemic stroke，in which the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays a key role.This paper summarizes the existing studies about acupuncture in ameliorating post-infarction injury via this signaling pathway and clarifies the relevant mechanisms and targets，aiming to provide new ideas for the treatment of stroke. |
