      桂枝附子汤出自《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》原文,桂枝附子汤证的核心病机是风湿搏结、正虚邪壅,其主要临床症状为身体烦疼、活动障碍,而祛风散寒、除湿止痛是桂枝附子汤的主要治疗方义。桂枝附子汤具祛风除湿、温阳散寒、通痹止痛之效,是中医治疗痹病的经典方剂,现代临床广泛应用于类风湿关节炎、痛风性关节炎、坐骨神经痛、肩周炎、神经根型颈椎病等疾病的治疗,疗效确切。桂枝附子汤的现代药理学作用机制可能与抗炎镇痛、调节免疫、改善关节症状等密切相关。
English Summary:
      Guizhi Fuzi Decoction,derived from Treatise on Cold Damage(Shang Han Lun) and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber(Jin Gui Yao Lue),addresses the syndromes with core pathogenesis of wind-dampness obstruction and healthy qi deficiency with pathogen retention.The main indicated clinical symptoms include generalized pain and restricted movement.The primary therapeutic principles of Guizhi Fuzi Decoction are to dispel wind,dissipate cold,eliminate dampness,and relieve pain.Guizhi Fuzi Decoction,known for its effects of expelling wind,eliminating dampness,warming yang,dissipating cold,and unblocking obstructions to alleviate pain,is a classic prescription in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for treating impediment diseases.In modern clinical practice,Guizhi Fuzi Decoction is widely used to treat conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis,gouty arthritis,sciatica,frozen shoulder,and radicular cervical spondylosis,with definite efficacy.The pharmacological mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of Guizhi Fuzi Decoction may be closely related to its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties,immune regulation,and improvement of joint symptoms.
