脂质代谢紊乱是由于高脂高糖食物摄入过多导致脂肪合成增加,降解减少的代谢紊乱现象。脂质代谢紊乱与许多疾病互成因果,关系密切,主要包括肥胖症、高脂血症、高血压、非酒精性脂肪肝等。大黄蒽醌类化合物为大黄的主要有效成分,近年来大黄蒽醌类化合物的调脂作用受到国内外学者的广泛关注。但是因存在溶解性差,生物利用度低,有一定不良反应等问题,其临床应用受到极大的限制,大黄蒽醌类化合物的衍生物因此受到关注,大黄蒽醌类化合物的应用也进一步扩大。通过国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、PubMed等查阅近10年关于大黄蒽醌类化合物对脂质代谢作用的体内体外的实验研究,并将体内按模型分为高脂血症动物、衰老动物、非酒精性脂肪肝动物、肥胖动物,分别整理了该类成分在不同模型中调节脂质代谢的药理活性及靶点以考察其调脂作用,为大黄蒽醌类化合物及其衍生物的进一步研究开发提供参考。 |

Lipid metabolism disorders arise from metabolic dysfunctions characterized by increased fat synthesis and reduced degradation,often due to excessive intake of high-fat and high-sugar foods.These disorders are closely associated with,and often causally linked to,various diseases such as obesity,hyperlipidemia,hypertension,and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Anthraquinones in Rhei Radix et Rhizoma are the primary active components of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,and in recent years,their lipid-regulating effects have gained significant attention from scholars both in China and abroad.However,due to problems such as poor solubility,low bioavailability,and certain adverse reactions,the clinical application of anthraquinones in Rhei Radix et Rhizoma has been greatly limited.Consequently,the derivatives of anthraquinones in Rhei Radix et Rhizoma have attracted growing interest,expanding the potential applications of these compounds.Through a review of experimental studies conducted over the past 10 years on the lipid metabolism effects of anthraquinones in Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,as found in databases such as CNKI and PubMed,both in vivo and in vitro research has been categorized.In vivo studies have been further classified into different models,including hyperlipidemic animals,aging mice,NAFLD animals,and obese animals.This review organizes the pharmacological activities and targets of these compounds in regulating lipid metabolism across various models,offering insight into their lipid-lowering effects.These findings aim to provide valuable references for the further research and development of anthraquinones in Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and their derivatives. |
